Also known as "feyartful", I’m a Filipino-Canadian, and I aspire to be a graphic designer and illustrator.I’ve always been passionate about creating visual designs for individuals and community visions to life. From a young age, I found myself drawn to colors, shapes, and the way they evoke emotions and narratives. This fascination led me to explore Media Arts, Video Game Design, and eventually Graphic Design and Illustration.My creative process is deeply inspired by understanding the personality and values of my clients. I believe that design reflects the essence of the individual or company it represents. Rather than drawing inspiration from a single source, I seek to extract ideas from a multitude of influences, weaving them together to craft a brand that truly embodies uniqueness and individuality. I’m committed to improving my skills and experimenting with new design trends to ensure my work is fresh and innovative.I’m currently based in Vancouver, BC, Canada – known for its scenic views and rainy weather. Terms of Service
It’s the client’s responsibility to follow the designer’s policies. Please take the time to read through thoroughly. TOS is subject to change at any given time.
Conditions
・I do not permit requests to copy another artist/designer's work or use my work for AI.
・Any commissions featuring characters/designs owned by people other than the client will require permission from all parties, no exceptions.
・Do not make any big edits to my art in any circumstances. If you want an edit, let me do it for you.
・I have the right to refuse commissions if I deem the request too uncomfortable to work on, or if a client refuses to cooperate or exhibits rude/disrespectful behaviours.
Payment Terms
・All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
・Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
・All payments are through VGen
Copyright and Usage
・I retain the copyright to all original artworks created, and to include the work in a portfolio and for promotional purposes.
・You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal use and commercial use, with proper credit.
Refunds and Cancellations
・Refunds are not available for completed work.
・Cancellations within the first 3-5 days [Concept Phase] will receive a full refund.
Communication
・All communication should occur through VGen or Discord.
・Please allow a few hours for replies.
Liability
・I am not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of my artwork.
・Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images provided for reference.

What I will & will not draw
・I will draw: Humanoid, Fanart, OC’s, Landscape, Nature, Portrait
・I will not draw: Explicit NSFW, Mecha, Realism, Furries (ears, tails are ok), Derogatory art
Artist & Client Responsibilities
・Provide clear and comprehensive feedback.
・Supply any necessary references required for the commission.
・Communicate in a timely manner to ensure commission progression.
Commission Process (applies to some commissions)
・There are 3 phases to my commission process: concept phase, refining phase, and final phase.
・I will provide a rough sketch 3-5 days after purchase [Concept Phase].
・I will provide a revision 3-5 days after rough sketch approval [Refining Phase].
・I will provide a preview 3-5 days after revision review [Final Phase].
・Clients are allowed to request 2 revisions/changes.
・Major changes after the refining phase may incur an extra fee of $20.
・It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve works, providing constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Delivery
・If you want the artwork completed by a certain deadline there’s an extra fee of $10. Please let me know before you purchase.
・Finished works will be delivered depending on the complexity of the request.
・Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days after the FINAL phase.
・Delivery will be via VGen or Discord.
Delays
・I am not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or any other unforeseeable events. Clients will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
Changes to the Terms
・I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the site.
